I often get invitations from my friends and colleagues to join their party or private get-together. I’d love to go, but, what bothers me is I cannot find a fitted longuette or an outer wear to help me look in shape. My annoying fat belly makes me look like a pot.

Oh god, it really sounds like a nightmare and that’s the reason why I make up my mind to try all kinds of means to get rid of my beer belly. Recently, I dare to say goodbye to these days that I spent hours to pick up a slightly fitted dress before party-time.

To celebrate my goal achievement and to share with people who suffers the same problem, I decide to write down some useful tips and my favourite collections I used during my belly-fat- loss period.
